Board Mode

Board Mode allows you to see the entire resource landscape using a simple drag-and-drop system.

Each column contains statuses that the members within are dropped into to denote what their current status is.

The Member Entry contains four sections:

  • The Rank of the Member (Medical Captain, Dispatcher, Responder, First Aider, Etc.) which will not change during the event
  • The Name of the Member
  • A section for free-form notes about the Member
  • A drop-down selector for the current active duty of the member

Changing a Member's Status

To change a member's status, simply drag and drop them from the old status to the new status. All connected boards will update to show the same data.

Changing a Member's Duty

To change a member's duty, select the current duty on their Member Entry and choose the new Duty from the Dropdown list.

Changing a Member's Free-form Notes

To change the notes attached to a user, click on the current notes section and begin typing. To other connected boards, that notes field will be shown as "Locked and currently being edited"

High-volume Mode

When high volume mode is activated, the user's high volume grouping will be shown after their Rank.
